Tiburon & Belvedere
Tiburon and Belvedere occupy a small peninsula extending into the San Francisco Bay, offering some of the most spectacular waterfront views in the entire Bay Area. Tiburon's Main Street, lined with restaurants and boutiques, faces directly across the water toward San Francisco and Angel Island. Belvedere, the island-like community connected by a narrow bridge, is one of the most exclusive residential enclaves in California. Together they form a destination that combines natural beauty, fine dining, and a uniquely relaxed sophistication.

Things to Do
Angel Island State Park
Catch the ferry from the Tiburon dock to Angel Island — the largest natural island in the San Francisco Bay. Hike or bike the Perimeter Road for 360-degree views, explore the historic immigration station, or picnic at Ayala Cove.
Tiburon Linear Park
A waterfront path stretching along the Tiburon shoreline, perfect for walking, jogging, or simply sitting on a bench and watching the ferry traffic. On clear days, the views of San Francisco, the Bay Bridge, and Alcatraz are extraordinary.
Old St. Hilary's Preserve
A rare wildflower preserve on the hillside above Tiburon, managed by the Landmarks Society. The small white church at the top dates to 1888 and hosts exhibitions. The surrounding grasslands bloom with native wildflowers in spring.
Kayaking Richardson Bay
Paddle the calm waters of Richardson Bay between Tiburon and Sausalito. Harbor seals, herons, and egrets are regular companions, and the views of Mt. Tamalpais across the water are stunning.
Real Estate
Tiburon and Belvedere represent the upper tier of Marin County real estate. Belvedere in particular has some of the highest per-square-foot prices in California, driven by limited supply, dramatic views, and an unmatched waterfront setting. Tiburon offers a broader range, from condominiums near the ferry to hillside estates with panoramic bay views.
